- Responsibility for cGMP-compliant filling of pharmaceuticals and documentation of filling processes, including approval of protocols
- Supervision of employees in terms of expertise and discipline
- Employee development through coaching/mentoring
- Responsibility for implementation of corporate and general guidelines (GMP, occupational safety, environmental protection) in the department
- Handling of change requests, deviations, and complaints within the department
- Review and revision of department-specific instructions or modules
- Representation of the department during audits/inspections
- Continuous improvement of processes using known Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, including inclusion
