We are looking for nursing professionals (m/f/d) for our geriatric medicine department.

Whether you are a trained nursing professional, geriatric nursing professional, or nursing assistant (m/f/d), you are welcome to join our team.

You are:

A responsible and reliable individual with empathy and a passion for working in a team
An accredited nursing professional, geriatric nursing professional, or have completed a oneyear nursing assistant training (m/f/d)

Your main responsibilities:

Providing care and support to patients during their hospital stay and serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for them and their families
Maintaining electronic patient records
Practicing an activating nursing approach to improve and maintain our patients' independence
