We are looking to hire an effective Porter/Housekeeper within a luxury High Rise Condominium setting. As a Porter/Housekeeper, you'll enjoy providing a well-maintained property for our clients.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform Valet-Trash Service MWF
  • Keep Dumpster and service area cleaned weekly
  • Perform Pool Maintenance for 2 pools, 1 spa, and 1 fountain
  • Brushing each twice weekly, using the Robot Vacuum twice weekly in each
  • Daily chemical balance for each water amenity
  • Interior painting experience a plush, optional.
  • Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning of the property.
  • Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of sanitary and cleaning supplies for assigned areas.
  • Inspects all assigned areas daily and reports to all cleaning and maintenance discrepancies to Supervisor.
  • Ensures all safety precautions
  • Maintains all cleaning solutions in accordance to OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
  • Ensures all safety precautions
are followed while performing work.

  • Furnishes and burnishes floors as required.
  • Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition.
  • As needed, clean restrooms, sweep and mop floors, clean toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors and counters.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualification, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to work weekends will be required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • One to two years of previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to lifts pounds following appropriate safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in different environmental working conditions
  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property as required to meet the essential job functions.
  • Hours: Schedule Varies Primarily Mon-Fri 8
