Job Summary

Core Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our global agency partners, uncovering strategic opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Spearhead the commercialization structure for agency partnerships for FreeWheel globally, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.
  • Leverage your expertise to drive thought leadership, foster long term agency partnerships, and enhance revenue streams from our digital ecosystem.
  • Foster close communication and alignment with clients (Publishers & Agencies) and FreeWheel leadership to maximize strategies and drive collaboration.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to develop scalable programs and outreach initiatives tailored to agencies.
  • Cultivate a highperforming team culture centered around accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Freewheel at industry events, embodying our values and establishing a strong presence in the collective consciousness of the industry.

Qualifications:


  • Exceptional emotional IQ with proven ability to facilitate relationshipbuilding, conflict resolution, effective communication, adaptability, influencing and negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent understanding of and passion for overall advertising ecosystem and especially premium video advertising.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in media, account management, or product solution selling within the agency landscape.
  • Extensive leadership experience in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing agency relationships or programs at a platform level.
  • Expert knowledge of premium video media, with a focus on programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with a datadriven mindset.
  • Experience in media or related industries, preferably with a background in TV or programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:


Primary Location Pay Range:
$256, $384,071.04


Targeted Commission:
$135,000


Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.


Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
