- Identifies operational needs in beverage areas and implements improvements for guest and team experience
- Ensures compliance with alcohol serving regulations
- Develops customer service training programs and maintains service standards
- Manages outlet controls, staffing schedules, and budgets
- Creates cocktail programs, monitors profits, and oversees staff development
- Promotes beverage operations through innovative programs and guest interactions
- Communicates effectively with guests and staff, ensuring everyone is informed of relevant information
- Handles special projects as assigned
- Other duties as required
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field AND two (2) years Supervisory experience in a high-volume beverage outlet required
- OR Four (4) years' management experience in a high-volume beverage outlet required
- OR Three (3) years' F&B Supervisory experience with Wind Creek Hospitality required
- Problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Knowledge of beverage products and service techniques
- Ability to obtain BASSET or ServeSafe certification
- Physical capability to work in all outlet areas, lift up to 40 pounds, and handle conflicts calmly
- Flexibility to travel and undergo training as needed
- Budget development and financial management skills
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently and in a team, adapt to a dynamic environment, and maintain a gaming license
