2nd Shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm)

Temp to Perm

Pay Range - $20 - $23 Per Hour

Job Overview:


This position will support operations from a manufacturing inventory control, material dispensing and shipping/receiving for both manufacturing and R&D departments Reporting to the Operations.


Manager, the Operations Technician would perform material dispensing/reconciliation, inventory management of manufacturing and lab supplies, ordering of materials as required by manufacturing schedule or lab needs, and shipping/receiving of equipment or materials.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

  • Maintain inventories of manufacturing supplies and laboratory consumables.
  • Place orders for required/requested materials and track shipments to ensure inventory requirements, manufacturing and/or project timelines are kept on track.
  • Receive and send shipments (Domestic and International), including raw materials, equipment, finished products and chemical waste and document inventory changes.
  • Dispense and reconciles raw materials for product manufacturing using current dispensing scales,
- balances, isolators and other equipment.

  • Checks for accuracy of all materials delivered from the dispensing area as well as all inprocess materials from the prior unit operation as per current SOPs.
  • Support manufacturing and R&D Operations activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in manufacturing team planning activities and support timelines and proactively contribute to meeting the team objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with team members.
  • Conduct work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Follow cGMP, EH&S, and other relevant guidelines of The Company, FDA, DOT, OSHA and other governing bodies.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Associate degree or five years of relevant experience. Some Shipping and Receiving or Logistics training required.
  • SAP inventory management experience preferred.
  • Understanding of cGMP desirable.
  • Computer proficiency a must.
  • Effective English written and oral communication skills.
  • Warehouse experience
  • Forklift certified preferred.
  • GMP experience preferred.
