We are looking for a dedicated assistant to support our sales team for mutual success at our headquarters in Hamburg What will you be doing?

  • Answering phone calls, correspondence, organization, and administration
  • Data maintenance in CRM and for controlling purposes
  • Assisting with event organization
  • Acting as a contact person for leads and customers
  • Coordinating and monitoring appointments
  • Processing documents/presentations
  • Covering for team members during absences
What do we expect?

  • Professional experience in similar positions
  • Excellent communication skills combined with organizational talent
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
  • Experience with typical office software and CRM systems is required
  • Excellent German skills and ideally good English skills
  • Affinity for software and confident handling of CRM and office tools
