Our client, located in Winston-Salem, NC, is a well-funded independent company with ambitious plans for expansion. They are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent (M/F/d) to join their team.

As a dynamic and fast-growing start-up, our client is on a mission to help families enjoy good food.

They believe that home cooking is important and have made it simple by taking the hassle out of planning, shopping, and cooking.

They deliver weekly meals with all the necessary ingredients and recipes, eliminating the stress of figuring out "what's for dinner.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our French customers' queries and complaints are addressed and resolved on the first attempt.

You will also engage with existing members through phone calls, while meeting KPIs and maintaining high-quality standards. Additionally, you will keep a pulse on customer satisfaction and retention, providing feedback to the wider business.


We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and time management skills, as well as good PC and typing abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English are a must, along with the ability to work well in a team.

We value curiosity and a drive for improvement, as well as the willingness to go the extra mile.


As part of our team, you will enjoy daily provisions of coffee, tea, ice cream, cereal, and fruit to keep you energized.

You will also have the opportunity to test and cook as many new recipes as you can handle
