We are currently seeking a Coordinator (m/f/d) for Occupational Safety and Occupational Medicine for the Malteser Hilfsdienst in Münster. We look forward to receiving your application and the opportunity to get to know you personally.

Your responsibilities:

Advising the management and executives on their responsibilities in the areas of occupational and health safety
Supporting the implementation of relevant occupational safety regulations
Preparing and coordinating site inspections by the occupational safety specialist and ASA meetings
Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of relevant documentation such as action plans, training records, and lists of mandatory inspections
Supporting the implementation of necessary actions identified in inspection reports for both paid and volunteer locations
Developing proposals for safe work processes and areas, as well as occupational safety organization
Training new employees in occupational and health safety
Collaborating with the quality management team
Acting as the point of contact for our external partner in the field of occupational and health safety (occupational safety specialist and company doctor)
Being the point of contact for questions regarding occupational and health safety for both paid and volunteer locations in the Diocese of Münster
