Your role in our team:

  • Your workplace is both the Front Office and our telephone center, from where you ensure guest satisfaction and are responsible for a smooth operation within the departments.
  • As part of the Front Office team, you take care of the checkin and checkout of our international guests.
  • You are a communication talent and take care of the acceptance, processing, and forwarding of incoming calls and emails as part of our At Your Service.
  • As an expert in your field, you know what makes a stay unforgettable and demonstrate your experience daily in dealing with our guests.
  • As a Customer Journey specialist, you do everything to make our guests' stay as unforgettable as possible
