The Department of Prevention and Health Promotion at the Faculty of Natural and Social Sciences at the University of Education Heidelberg is seeking to fill a permanent position as an academic staff member starting on October 1, 2023.

There is also the possibility of a temporary increase of 25% (parental leave replacement, expected until June 2025).

Responsibilities
Teaching in the Master's program "Municipal Health Promotion".
The teaching load is based on the LVVO; currently 4.5 SWS are planned.
Coordination, organization and further development of the teaching offer in municipal health promotion.
Supervision of bachelor's and master's theses.
Participation in the university's self-administration.

Your Profile / Qualifications
Completed degree (preferably in prevention and health promotion, public health/health sciences).

Excellent subject knowledge and practical experience in municipal health promotion and in bi-directional transfer projects in the context of municipal health promotion.

Experience in university teaching.
Communication and cooperation skills (experience in interdisciplinary contexts is desirable).
