Our customer service is the heart of HAUSGOLD in Richfield, NC.


We support property owners in choosing the most suitable real estate agent and contribute as a team to successful property marketing.

We do not engage in cold calling, but only speak with customers who have registered with us.

We do not see ourselves as a traditional call center, but as a dedicated customer service team that values appreciation and customer satisfaction.


We are expanding our team and are looking for several
Call Center Agents (m/f/d) in full and part-time **in our office directly on the Alster.


WHAT AWAITS YOU:


In B2C property management:

  • You are the
    main point of contact for our B2C customers and provide telephone support: From initial contact to property sale, you cover all phases
  • You
    answer all online inquiries from our interested parties
    by phone:
  • In the call, you record all important data from your conversation partner and contribute to a long-term collaboration with your
    expert advice
  • In addition, you take care of continuous
    data maintenance and validation and document the individual work steps in our inhouse software
  • You are responsible for
    quality control and ensure smooth processes and good cooperation between property owner and real estate agent
  • You pass on relevant data to the respective departments

In B2B real estate agent management:

  • You are the
    main point of contact for our HAUS
