Your daily tasks:


  • Independent execution of all necessary tests on fresh and hardened concrete, including documentation
  • Conducting incoming goods inspections on raw materials, auxiliary materials, and operating materials
  • Creating records, test reports, and documentation according to customer requirements
  • Collaboration with production employees in problem solving and process optimization
  • Ensuring product quality through continuous testing and process controls in production to ensure the quality of production results
  • Ensuring safety and cleanliness in the concrete testing laboratory, including maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • Reporting to the head of the concrete testing laboratory

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training in a construction profession
  • Passed B-Schein exam (training to become a concrete tester)
  • Several years of experience in a concrete testing laboratory or quality control preferred
  • Experience in reading and understanding norms and standards
  • Good German language skills in speaking and writing
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP preferred
  • Reliable, precise, and qualityconscious work ethic
  • Sense of responsibility and proactive thinking
  • Holistic understanding of processes
