THE COMPANY

Our client, unlimited energy GmbH, has been active in the field of renewable energy project development for over ten years, particularly in commercial photovoltaic open space systems (solar parks) and wind energy parks. They also offer comprehensive and innovative energy concepts and take on construction execution. A motivated team in the office near Schönefeld Airport combines expertise from various areas such as project development, urban and landscape planning, geography, and economics. With strong shareholders UKA and Stadtwerke München, our client works every day to successfully shape the energy transition.

To strengthen our client's team, we are currently looking for a full-time "Manager (m/w/d) Land Security".

THE ROLE

  • Identification and acquisition of potential land for the development of wind and photovoltaic projects
  • Establishment and maintenance of a network with decision-makers in politics and administration, associations, project partners, and landowners
  • Independent negotiation with landowners, tenants, and municipal representatives and their internal/external consultants
  • Contact person for landowners and tenants
  • Accompaniment of information events, owner meetings, and municipal council meetings
