The focus of our office operations is customer communication regarding contract processing and after-sales service.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Bielefeld.


Your responsibilities:

• You will be the main point of contact for our customers and field staff.
• You will process construction contracts and order changes.
• You will handle customer requests, process them, and initiate garage and carport orders.
• You will support your colleagues with all tasks to ensure smooth service operations.

Your qualifications:

• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant work experience. However, career changers are also welcome.
• You have a quick grasp and enjoy delving into various topics.
• You are comfortable adapting to different conversation partners on the phone and enjoy communicating with our customers and business partners.
• You work independently and resultsoriented.
• You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and are proficient in common MS Office programs.
