Service Advisor (m/f/d): Your tasks

  • Competent acceptance and final inspection of Ford vehicles
  • Support and advice for our customers regarding the type, cost, and scope of the order
  • Independent creation of cost estimates
  • Compliance with the manufacturer's targets regarding customer satisfaction, sales, and market development
  • Accident calculations as well as claims processing with insurance companies, warranty and goodwill processing with vehicle manufacturers
  • Obtaining repair approvals from insurance companies and leasing companies
  • Responsible distribution of orders and subsequent monitoring of deadlines and orders in the workshop
Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical training as a car mechanic (m/f/d) or automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
  • Ideally with additional qualification as a certified automotive service advisor (m/f/d) or
