YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING, you represent your field of expertise with passion and foresight. In your role as a trainer, the goal of developing the competencies of course participants is paramount. In your teaching, you see yourself as both a provider of input and a supporter in the role of a learning companion in Learning 4.0.

This includes:

  • Teaching in your field from your home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D
  • Using various teaching methods for lesson planning
  • Preparation and design of teaching materials according to the curriculum
  • Conducting competency assessments
  • Excellent knowledge of the German language (C2 level)

YOUR STRENGTHS.

You share the enthusiasm for supporting people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the job market.

Your profile is characterized by:

  • Completed degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the energy sector
  • Project experience in the field of wind energy
  • Experience in acquisition and site development
  • Relevant experience with windPRO planning software
  • Desirable experience as a trainer (in-house training or seminars) with AEVO
