We are currently looking for a part-time office assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at our Nordhorn location.

The position is for 6 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours if needed, in the afternoons, and is permanent.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the office and class organization at your location
  • Conducting consultations and providing support to our clients
  • Combining an attractive parttime job with the opportunity to do something meaningful and help people.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in office management career changers (m/f/d) are welcome
  • Strong customer orientation the needs of our clients are always at the forefront of your work
  • Proficiency with computers
  • A teamoriented, organized individual with empathy and a passion for working with people.
