Install ceiling fan - Garner, IA, United States - beBee Handyman

I have Faro brand ceiling fans (I believe the Ibiza model) in Garner, IA. They were installed 5 years ago and I am having issues with 2 of them. The remote control is not able to turn them off. I would like a specialist to come and solve the problem as soon as possible. I live in Gracia
