  • As an appraiser, you will be part of a new and agile team in our Active Market Followup department. You see yourself as an internal service provider and advise and support employees on all questions related to real estate valuation. Independently, you will create appraisals for residential and commercial properties according to the Mortgage Value Ordinance (BelWertV) and review external appraisals. You will also conduct property inspections and create construction status reports. Additionally, your responsibilities will include monitoring the real estate market and analyzing developments and trends.
  • You will support in planning, controlling, and implementing measures for sustainable process design and quality assurance, as well as adapting organizational guidelines.
    What do you bring to the table?
  • You have completed training or studies with a focus on real estate or a comparable education with relevant qualifications and professional experience.
  • You have indepth knowledge of real estate valuation through a proven certification as a real estate appraiser according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 or a comparable qualification.
  • You act independently, responsibly, and flexibly and have a strong ability to make judgments and decisions.
