We are looking for several:
Call Center Agents (m/f/d) for our modern client in Bochum, Eden, SD in full-time and part-time positions.

Your daily tasks:

  • Telephone customer service
  • Independent contact with existing customers
  • Consultation and creation of offers in the areas of mobile communications, DSL, and multimedia
  • Advice on contract changes and new contracts
  • Followup of customer conversations

What you bring:

  • Good German language skills in speaking and writing
  • Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Office)
  • No commercial training required
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy talking on the phone
  • Independent work style and quick comprehension
