Employee (m/f/d) for reception Scope: GfB or up to 20 hours per week Contract: no Start: immediately Compensation: TVöD The kkhm health network is one of the largest employers in the region with more than 2,000 employees.

At the Mechernich Hospital, patients of all ages receive modern specialized and 24/7 emergency care in 13 clinics and 10 centers.

Our employees annually care for patients from the region. To support our team, we are currently looking for employees (m/f/d) for reception.


Your tasks:

Receiving and forwarding incoming calls and providing information You are the first point of contact and the face of the company for patients and visitors Explaining routes and procedures Working with colleagues from the administration to manage the cash register, including bookings and daily closings, as well as managing pocket money accounts Your working hours are weekdays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm and on weekends and holidays between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm We offer you: Working in a hospital is diverse, exciting, and challenging.
