Join the nursing teams in the residential senior care facilities and the home care service of our Ilmenau Regional Associationimmediately . The position is permanent and can be either full-time or part-time.

Your tasks

You provide care for the elderly in accordance with the care plan and the internal standards of the organization and the facility.
You participate in care documentation.
You participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and care planning meetings.
You maintain contact with relatives, guardians, and other individuals close to the seniors.
You also take on household tasks for the residents.

What you bring

You enjoy working with older people and are empathetic towards seniors and those with dementia.
You ideally have experience as a nursing assistant, healthcare assistant, social care worker, or have experience in the care field.
You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system, as well as on weekends, Sundays, and holidays.
