Our client, the German subsidiary of a renowned international food manufacturer, is currently experiencing an exciting phase of growth and innovation. With several thousand employees and a turnover of over 3 billion euros, the company is looking for a professionally and personally convincing individual for the newly created position for the D/A/CH region.

Responsibilities:

Leading product development and process innovations for the German market: You will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative products and processes that meet market needs and drive the company's growth
Developing short- and long-term development plans: You will create detailed plans for R&D of new products and technologies to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of innovation
Collaborating with internal and external R&D groups: You will work closely with internal R&D teams as well as external partners and suppliers to develop innovative solutions and ensure that products meet the highest quality standards
Identifying and evaluating production opportunities: You will identify potential internal and external production partners and locations to ensure efficient and cost-effective production of new products and accelerate market launch
