We are a medium-sized personnel consulting firm that has been filling vacancies in the areas of finance & controlling, marketing, sales & business development, human resources, and interim management since 2004. We currently employ around 40 people at our two locations in Berlin and Hamburg. We work very sustainably with our clients and support them in filling specialist and management positions. To further expand our teams, we are looking for dedicated recruiters (m/f/d) in Berlin.

Responsibilities:

  • You take responsibility for both developing existing clients and acquiring new clients, building a strategically sustainable portfolio.
  • You are fully responsible for the consulting process from the initial briefing to the successful placement of a position.
  • You deeply engage with your clients and their company structures.
  • You are responsible for identifying and approaching potential candidates, conducting candidate interviews, and making final evaluations.
  • You also advise suitable candidates on their suitability for specific roles and further career options.
  • You also use tools of aptitude diagnostics to assess candidate suitability.

Requirements:

  • You have a successfully completed university degree and ideally at least three years of professional experience.
  • You have either gained initial experience in a consulting environment and want to use it profitably, or you have initially worked in other areas
