Your tasks

  • Support of Windows workstations in a team for 4 European locations
  • (Installation/setup of workstations, management of mobile devices and telephone systems, ...)
  • Handling of support requests (ticket system, remote maintenance, on-site)
  • Support and technical maintenance of IT systems and applications
  • Ensuring the proper operation of all systems in the client environment
  • Procurement of hardware and software within defined framework
  • Responsible for small projects in the areas of applications, telephony, and printer environment
  • Participation in IT infrastructure projects
  • Creation and regular maintenance of comprehensive and traceable documentation

Your profile

  • Completed education and/or at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows (client/server advantageous) including related roles
  • (AD, file server, DNS, ...)
  • Knowledge of storage, network, and backup systems
  • Understanding of information security
  • Certifications or good knowledge in the area of Microsoft 365 (mainly Intune, Security)
  • and experience in Citrix environment advantageous
  • Analytical and structured thinking with high problem-solving skills
