EVP, Capital Markets

What you'll do:

What we are looking for:
In office role, located in Westlake Village, CA

  • Oversee the pricing, hedging, and trading activities of the mortgage pipeline
  • Develop whole loan and securitization trading strategies
  • Oversee bestexecution analysis for the pooling and trading of agency and nonagency loans
  • Oversee competitive analysis and recommend pricing strategies
  • Interact with critical external partners such as primary dealers, investors, and GSEs
  • Coordinate with internal constituencies such as contract finance, risk/credit, sales, and operations
  • Develop and maintain tools for quantitative analysis, trading, and loan securitization

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, or related field (CFA or MBA preferred)
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with SQL and VBA preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Capital Markets and Secondary Marketing
  • Strong analytical, math, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation:
Salary range for new hires is generally $284, $351,000.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
