The Diakonie and Social Station Ludwigsburg organizes and operates, on behalf and in close cooperation with the County Youth Office, ambulatory educational assistance in the form of social pedagogical family support and parenting assistance throughout the district of Ludwigsburg.

We are currently seeking a


Family Care Specialist (m/f/d)
for this area of work, with a workload of 50-70%.

Your role will involve supporting families who require specific assistance and guidance with household management and daily organization. Together with our social pedagogical professionals, you will accompany families as part of ambulatory educational assistance.

You
- have completed training as a family caregiver
- ideally have additional training as a HOT specialist
- are able to support families according to their needs and goals
- enjoy working together with our social pedagogical professionals
- are able to work independently and flexibly
- have a Class B driver's license and are willing to use your car for work trips in exchange for travel expense reimbursement
