Your Responsibilities:

Business Customer Success is a central, operational interface between sales, purchasing, engineering, logistics, and accounting.

As a Team Lead in the Customer Success Management department, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and achieving defined goals related to the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.

You will work both operationally and strategically, and play a key role in our organization by contributing to increasing customer satisfaction.

In addition to your disciplinary responsibilities, you will act as a moderator, trainer, and leader for our Business Unit Customer Success team


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting defined KPIs (e.g. response times)
  • Continuous improvement process
  • Leading, recruiting, and motivating the Customer Success team
  • Providing flexible operational support to the team
  • Ensuring exceptionally high customer satisfaction
  • Promoting the professional development of your team members through training, coaching, and continuous feedback.
  • Reporting to the sales management and tracking defined KPIs
