Your Responsibilities

  • Cost control for large-scale projects in plant construction, processing of provided data for project control
  • Establishment and maintenance of cost tracking, ensuring accuracy
  • Monitoring of budgets and the impact of changes on overall project costs
  • Creation, monitoring, and updating of financial planning, forecasts, and cash outflows based on procurement plans
  • Maintaining a dashboard for project management
  • Preparation of data required for monthly reporting
  • Participation in the development of process flows for efficient cost control
  • Conducting meetings related to cost control

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed engineering degree or commercial training
  • Also suitable for career changers with relevant prior knowledge through comprehensive training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in technical projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • Proficient and professional use of software tools such as MS Office (especially Excel) and K3 or similar tools
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is desirable
