As a Campaign Manager at Oxford Road, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and success of audio advertising campaigns.

Your primary objective is to collaborate with the Account Services teams, delivering superior customer service to our clients and contributing to year-over-year revenue growth.

You will coordinate and oversee daily projects, handle administrative tasks for the Accounts team, and work closely with the assigned Account Director.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Management:


Oversee campaign projects from initial request through timely completion.-Serve as the liaison between the Accounts Team, clients, and internal supporting departments/vendors.

-Submit Tickets to Authorize media team to book advertising plans, begin creative projects and flag analytics dashboard discrepancies

  • Client Engagement:


Conduct ongoing client discovery to understand the client's business, industry, competitive landscape, and target audience.-Update the Client Tracker weekly with essential market, client, and campaign events.

-Provide superior customer service by anticipating and addressing client needs at all levels of interaction

Project Coordination:


Manage timelines and action items, both internal and external, recurring and project-based.-Coordinate podcast/host onboarding, including deliverable confirmation, product/service sample delivery, and onboarding call scheduling.

-Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, taking ownership of the preparation process

Data Analysis and Reporting:


Analyze weekly performance data and collaborate with the Media Lead on observations, optimizations, and next steps.-Ensure accurate invoicing and reconciliation checks for approval.

-Conduct MSB reconciliation and provide post-log spend reporting to Analytics for Tableau reporting

Marketing and New Business Functions:


Contribute to new business requests/preparations as directed.-Coordinate the intake and organization of documents needed for new client acquisition, such as LOA, MSA, MNDA, I.O.'s, or Creative Briefs.


Qualities We Value:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in campaign management or related roles within the advertising industry.
