You will be responsible for
:

- performing general maintenance, repair, and renovation work
- monitoring and maintaining building technology
- organizing and conducting waste disposal
- ensuring safe traffic routes and performing winter maintenance
- assisting with events and activities in the facility

- have completed a technical or trade apprenticeship
- ideally have work experience in a similar role
- have a valid driver's license and basic computer skills
- are willing to participate in further training (e.g. safety officer, etc.)
