DUTIES _
_
- Responsible for routine administrative duties to support inspection, maintenance and testing of all WHE assigned to the NAVFAC MIDLANT North Region offices.
- Responsible for the accuracy of records, updates of databases, and analyzes completed work orders for accuracy and inclusion of required data pertaining to the WHE program.
- Coordinates WHE Equipment History Files (EHF's) between inspectors, mechanics, supervisors and Certifying Officials. Tracks WHE certifications and due dates.
- Coordinates WHE inspections with remote NUWC sites to ensure certification remains current.
QUALIFICATIONS
1) Reviewing documentation to ensure it is complete, correct, and complies with all policies and procedures.
2) Ability to establish and maintain effective liaison and cooperative relationships with other organization, executive DOD level military and civilian personnel.
3) Knowledge of and the ability to work in Windows Office Suites.
4) Ability and willingness to persuasively communicate ideas verbally and or in writing, and in one-on-one, group management discussion, and meetings.

Pay:
$55, $71,808.00 per year
