Dachau, we are looking for a full-time, permanent
Receptionist / Service Assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Do you enjoy talking on the phone? Great. You will be the first point of contact for our customers.

You schedule service appointments, calm them down in case of breakdowns, find gaps in the workshop schedule, coordinate loaner vehicles..

And the more patience and empathy you have for all of this, the better. Of course, customers also come to our
dealership. It's nice if you keep an eye on them and make sure they feel comfortable with us. Someone is waiting for a salesperson? Maybe you offer them a seat...
