Position Summary

Position Responsibilities

(RCA Program)

  • Establish, implement, and maintain a robust RCA program and its related processes, procedures, tools, and documentation.
  • Train and mentor designated department personnel on the RCA program including the effective use of RCA tools.
  • Lead crosscompany teams to initiate, drive, and monitor highimpact and potentially complex RCA undertakings leading to timely identification and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Report on progress to senior management and provide analysis, insights, and trends to reduce risk.

(Warranty Program)

  • Receive, track, monitor, and trend all warranty claims and costs using the PROENERGY NCR system.
  • Communicate directly with customers, through the project managers, or the customer service representatives, to provide periodic updates and validate customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal execution teams and supply chain to ensure warranty claims as addressed per contracts' requirements and thirdparty warranty costs are recovered, where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or science.
  • 10+ years of experience in power plant EPC and operations and maintenance.
  • Expertise in Causal Analysis tools, including cause and effect diagrams, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), 5why, fault tree analysis, etc.
  • Previous warranty manager experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to lead crosscompany teams.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Complex problemsolving skills and ability to manage with mínimal supervision.
