Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Professional Surveyor and Mapper with
5+ years of experience to join our team in the
Tallahassee and Tampa, FL office.
In this position you will act as a Survey Project Manager, in the execution of various public and private sector survey assignments.
You will direct teams of technicians and field crews to complete large-scale public and private works improvement projects, while coordinating survey responsibilities with other discipline leads at WGI.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise field crews and technicians to establish project responsibilities and priorities
- Coordination with other discipline leads on scheduling objectives and project milestones
- Assignment of daily responsibilities for survey field crews and office technicians
- Perform boundary analysis for largescale corridor, route, or sectionalized land surveys
- Sign and seal surveys, maps, and survey related documents as the responsible professional in charge of survey and mapping projects
- Perform inprocess quality control of survey field activities, calculations, and preliminary project deliverables
Qualifications:
- Licensure as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper in the State of Florida
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Microstation or AutoCAD (Civil3D preferred)
- Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
