***The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for overseeing clerical duties within the facility and supporting the Maintenance staff by assisting with the day-to-day operations. This role will report to, and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor on a consistent basis.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for overseeing and controlling budgets
  • Enter and assign Purchase Orders into multicompany ERP system assigned to specific cost centers.
  • Manage inventory, pertaining to parts, and storage area, purchasing adequate maintenance materials for service requests and apartment turns, keeping an accurate log of supplies.
  • Follows all company policies

PHYSCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Frequently to constantly standing and walking
  • Occasionally to frequently bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing etc.
  • Occasionally carrying 5 pounds to 50 pounds or more
  • Constant exposure to varying temperatures of above 45 degrees and below
  • Exposure to chemicals used for brazing/welding as well as chlorine etc.
  • Exposure to product fumes such as onions, peppers etc.
  • Works overtime as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Highschool graduate preferred
  • Experience in fresh food or production environment
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience
  • Must be PC literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, selfmotivated, and entrepreneurial minded
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint preferred)
  • Able to multitask
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
  • People Skills, Integrity, Strong Leadership Skills, and able to adapt and grow in a changing industry.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
