In the Technical Service department, approximately 400 employees provide building-related and technical services in the areas of control and quality, construction technology, building technology, plant and component technology, and infrastructure for the entire company.

The Plant and Component Technology department is responsible for the controlling and operational machine maintenance management. The Crane and Hoist team operates, among other things, on the comprehensive divisional focuses of cross-location maintenance and repair activities for crane systems, winches, lifting and pulling devices, aerial work platforms, fall protection systems including PSAgA, lifting and load-bearing equipment, as well as ladders and steps.

Our team is based at our location in the Heizkraftwerk Nord in Unterföhring, where we work together to shape and continuously improve our service offerings.
