- Compliance with all TSA, DOT, and Customs regulations (US and Overseas).
- Fulfill all prescreening and documentation to adhere to corporate client procedures and processes.
- Utilize Pricing Team for completion of all bids.
- Establish, communicate, and implement sales targets and plans for current accounts
- Target key new customers for deugro and meet and exceed the sales objectives
- Provide leadership and ownership of activity and development on designated current accounts.
- Responsible for compiling customer package for the verification of customer credit worthiness with respect to financial and liability issues.
- Ensure post bid analysis to be performed by both successful and unsuccessful tenders.
- Provide market intelligence about price, service comparisons by competitor, and new projects with current clients.
- Travel as required for client visits agreed and approved by the delegated manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or 5+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- IATA DG certification a plus.
- 5+years of Freight Forwarding / Project Freight Forwarding.
- Business Development experience
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written.
