Your tasks:


  • Responsible for designing and implementing organizational structures and processes
  • Setting standards for organizational and process documentation and designing the organizational manual
  • Documenting and actively optimizing processes, work instructions, and job descriptions
  • Direct coordination with operational departments
  • Participation in implementation projects as part of an IT migration
  • Independent implementation of tasks in collaboration with departments

Your profile:


  • Extensive experience in projects in the banking sector
  • Successfully completed projects in process management
  • Experience with the cooperative Atruvia system Agree2
  • IT affinity required
  • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking sector
