Mon to Fir - 08:00 - 16:30


Summary:

The HRIS Analyst manages HR data integrity and reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Responsibilities include auditing records, creating dashboards, troubleshooting data files, and handling government reporting.


Responsibilities:


  • Audit and correct HR data across departments and vendors.
  • Develop HR dashboards for leadership.
  • Troubleshoot data file errors.
  • Manage government reporting requirements.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and format files for uploads.
  • Utilize Tableau for data analysis.
  • Perform data uploads and calculate turnover rates.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree with 35 years of IT or HR analytics experience.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience in HR metrics and analytics.
  • Tableau experience preferred.
  • Critical thinking skills and fluency in English.

Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
$ $46.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
