As a Berlin-based boutique recruitment agency, we are exclusively searching for our client, a company in the real estate industry in Berlin, for the perfect candidate for the position of Specialist - Financing/Treasury (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and further development of the financing strategy for the company (land banking project financing, existing financing with senior/junior loans and banks and capital markets)
  • Responsibility for planning and coordinating commercial real estate financing to ensure timely implementation of the development strategy
  • Projectspecific coordination of financing: acquisition, credit assessment, implementation, reporting, documentation
  • Responsibility for coordinating liquidity planning for payment transactions
  • Coordination of necessary guarantee frameworks for project development
  • Close coordination with the development and accounting departments
  • Planning and use of security instruments
  • Responsible participation in the implementation of a treasury system

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a bank clerk or completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance
  • Minimum of 35+ years of professional experience in the areas of finance, accounting, treasury or financing
  • Analytical thinking skills, good time management, and the ability to work in a team
  • Independent, structured personality and resultsoriented work style
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of English is a plus
