  • Construction in the field of industrial construction in Guilford, MO
  • Creating 3D constructions with high level of detail
  • Creating 2D drawings and details
  • Detailed construction as conceptual representation, design, approval planning up to workshop planning including formwork plans
  • Preparation of presentation materials
  • Conducting various calculations and dimensioning of components
  • Creating quantity surveys for various construction trades
  • Proficiency in all common office applications
  • Proficiency in MicroStation in the latest version with Speedikon and Autocad
  • Proficiency in other specialized software (e.g. Sketchup)
  • Technical contact person in the project for the created constructions
  • Quantity surveys for performance specifications and as a basis for invoice audits
  • Drawing checks, especially assembly plans

Your experience:


  • Completed training as a construction draftsman (specializing in building construction), alternatively technical draftsman with many years of experience
  • Experience with office applications
  • Proficiency in English
