The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:

The Enterprise Services (ES) Controller Organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to join the Intercompany Accounting Team.

This position is a great way for a recent graduate to start off their career.

In this role, you will gain efficiency in SAP, work collaboratively with business partners, hands on experience in transactional accounting, and exposed to controls environment.


What You Will do

  • Analyze SAP subledger accounts in the area of Accounts Payable to identify interentity sales and receipts transaction matching.
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices for interentity transactions.
  • Analyze and perform Intercompany Semi-Annual Clearing of Domestic entities and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare netting details and payment details for entities.
  • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis.
  • Corporate monthend closing process, including calculating and booking journal entries.
  • Contribute to expansion of services by bringing innovative solutions within the knowledge base and work of the department.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Less than 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business with a related Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of or experience with current finance and accounting systems and month end close procedures.
  • At least one related internship experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and database reporting skills.
  • This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Qualifications we prefer

  • Operational finance experience.
  • Knowledge and reporting experience with SAP and HFM or OneStream
  • Selfstarter with the ability to take the initiative and ownership of assignments and a desire to improve processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective working independently or collaboratively as a team player
  • Excellent analytical, problem identification, problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
