Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of truck transports and asphalt vehicles
  • Organization and processing of orders from polishers, construction managers, and project managers
  • Front desk service
  • General administrative tasks

Your Profile:

  • You are used to working independently and taking responsibility
  • Your work is focused on construction sites, while also being a point of contact for our internal customers
  • You are able to organize and maintain an overview in hectic situations
  • You are resilient and have strong communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office 365 or similar
  • Knowledge of Italian and French languages is an advantage
