We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Ephraim, UT starting on October 1st, 2023 for a dual study program to obtain a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Tourism Management.

The theoretical part of the program will be in cooperation with IST-Hochschule für Management, while the practical part will take place in our office in Cologne.


Responsibilities:

  • Marketing (e.g. social media, affiliate marketing, search engine optimization)
  • Providing customer support through phone and email
  • Managing and inputting travel bookings into our modern reservation system
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of our websites, such as SnowTrex
  • Preparing and organizing travel information for new destinations
  • Negotiating accommodations with our partners (in German, English, and possibly French)
  • Calculating costs and checking invoices
  • Opportunity to work as a tour guide abroad
  • And more.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with good to excellent grades
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Office, internet)
  • Knowledge of winter sports is desirable but not required
  • Quick learner and able to handle high workload
  • Openminded, teamoriented, and responsible.
