Immediate openings for Full-Time

Schedule 12:00 PM -8:30 PM Tues-Thurs, Friday 8:30 AM -5 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM-5 PM.
Must be able to pass criminal background check

We want leaders who would like to be a part of a network of treatment centers with integrity. This position will have major opportunities for growth with a company leading the treatment industry in clinical effectiveness.

Responsibilities and Duties

Work directly under Clinic Director to ensure for safety of all clients
Assist in medication protocol
Ensure that all staff are trained on emergency life support protocols
Team player with a passion for helping addicted individuals.
Coordination of Client transportation and assistance with client activities
Creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and clientfocused treatment environment
Maintain strict client confidentiality/HIPAA compliance
Ensuring 100% client satisfaction with care
Complete client charting on electronic healthcare software (KIPU)
Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards

Qualifications and Skills
- _ RADT_
- _Current CPR/First Aid Certification_
- _Valid CA Driver's License_
- _Health Screen_
- _TB_
- _Proof of COVID19 Vaccination_

Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude
Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Impeccable ethics and integrity
Bachelor's Degree in health services field (preferred) or High School Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting (preferred)

Compensation:
$19-$21 hourly

Full-Time = Med Benefits after introductory period
