JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THERASPORT Heidelberg is a company that operates five physiotherapy centers in the Rhein-Neckar district. We are currently seeking a receptionist for our location at Voßstraße 6 in 69115 Heidelberg. This position is part-time, with a maximum of 30 hours per week.

Our practice is located in the private clinic ETHIANUM and serves both the clinic's patients and those seeking physiotherapy services through our outpatient clinic.

Your responsibilities will include supporting our therapists in their daily work, such as assisting with patient intake, scheduling appointments, and managing the phone lines.

You will be the first point of contact for patient inquiries and will also assist with questions regarding prescription orders.

Additionally, you will work with our therapy organization program, THEORG.
