Description

Pioneer is seeking candidates for a comprehensive training program in nursing, care, and support. The responsibilities of this role include providing treatment care such as wound care, administering injections, and managing medications. Additionally, the role involves assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.

The ideal candidate will take on responsibility and provide support for individual development, while also promoting independent and self-determined living for residents.

Other duties include supporting healing processes, providing support and guidance, monitoring and documenting health status, collaborating with doctors and therapists, and participating in medical diagnostics and therapy.

Knowledge of quality standards, developments, and legal foundations in nursing is required, as well as working closely with caregivers and family members.
