RESEARCH DATA SPECIALIST II - STRATEGIC PLANNING & RECREATION SERVICES / GIS ENTERPRISE/ HEADQUARTERS


The reporting location for this position is Headquarters located at 715 P Street in Sacramento, CA - Monday through Friday.

Partial telework is an option. This position will work under the general direction of the Research Data Supervisor II.

  • This position offers the opportunity to work in a team environment dedicated to the mission of the Department of Parks and Recreation. Under the direction of the Research Data Supervisor II, Statewide GIS Enterprise Section of the Strategic Planning and Recreation Services Division, the Research Data Specialist II will serve as the Senior Data Warehouse Specialist.
  • The incumbent is expected to perform all functions and duties with integrity, quality communication and cooperation. The incumbent must exercise a high degree of initiative, demonstrate tact, and exercise sound judgment that exemplifies the best interests of the state and of the Department.
  • Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
